Zbigniew Brzezinski, Appeasement Monkey

Zbigniew Brzezinski made an appearance on Morning Joe Friday morning. The only reason anyone seeks his opinion is because his empty-headed daughter Mika is co-host. While Joe Scarborough rants about something, her contribution is to tilt her head and make faces. When Zbigniew is introduced to the viewers, Mika says, "hi daddy!"

Zbigniew is no empty head. He's smart for a liberal. As Ronald Reagan said, “It isn't so much that liberals are ignorant. It's just that they know so many things that aren't so.”

Zbigniew Brzezinski was Jimmy Carter's National Security Advisor. Under Carter's watch, the Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan and helped mid-wife the Taliban. Under Carter's watch, Iranian theocratic radicals took American citizens hostage for 444 days. If Jimmy Carter had been given a second term, Iran would have acquired atomic weapons long ago.

It was unsurprising that Zbigniew revealed himself to be less than a free-speech absolutist, and more of an Islamist sympathizer in Friday's interview.

He said, "we have to preserve our rights, that is to say freedom of expression and the freedom to express our views but at the same time we must avoid being provocative."

Also, that "one of the most important things...is to avoid becoming the number one enemy of the fanatics."

Ronald Reagan had another opinion about what was important. "We win, they lose."

It was a bit shocking for to hear these comments, even from an appeasement monkey like Zbigniew Brzezinski. When I clicked a few links, the real story became clear. He's being held hostage by ISIS. Never mind.
